Series: “Risen for Good” (Celebrating God’s Goodness) 
“Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! In his great mercy he has given us new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, and into an inheritance that can never perish, spoil or fade. This inheritance is kept in heaven for you, …” – I Peter 1:3-4
Through the resurrection of Jesus believers have gained access to a whole new way of living this life as well as the promise of life to come. Sharon and I recently stayed in a cool place. But we could only be on the outside until I found the “access codes” on my phone and then we were on the inside! In Christ the access code is God’s Grace found at the foot of the cross and the empty grave combined with your belief, with that you’re in!! The is the Goodness of God.
Each Sunday this post-Easter season we will celebrate a different aspect of the Goodness of God. His goodness will move in front of, eclipse our confusion! These message will come out of the book of I Peter and will also serve as introductions to the Season 4 Chosen episode coming the following Tuesday night! (The messages will stand alone, so no pressure to come to the Chosen – but you are certainly welcome!)
